Creating a Strengths Based Life: An Introductory Webinar

FAST 2- week INTRODUCTORY COURSE
For individuals new to VIA and strengths work

Wednesday, May 8 and Wednesday, May 15 from 3:00- 4:00 PM EST

If you are new to VIA or new to strengths work, this FAST INTRO course is for you! This course was designed for individuals that aren't quite ready to take the in-depth 7-week introductory course. You will learn the fundamental character strengths topics and themes in 2 one hour sessions. Learn more and sign up!

Building Strengths: Tools for Working with Clients and Employees

INTERMEDIATE COURSE
For professionals interested in using strength-based tools in coaching, counseling, and business settings. Hands-on, guided practice using The VIA Pro Report with others.

Wednesdays: May 15, May 22, May 29, June 5 from 3:00- 5:00 PM EST

A four-week online course - one and 1/2 hours per week- that focuses exclusively on how to make the most of the new VIA PRO Character Strengths Report. Learn more and register now! *We recommend registrants complete a VIA Intro course prior to this course, but it is not required for seasoned practitioners.

Activating Strengths: Exploring Strengths Applications and Interventions

IN-DEPTH 7-week INTRODUCTORY COURSE
For professionals interested in using the VIA Survey with clients, students, employees. Learn about character strengths, the VIA Classification, and general applications.

Wednesdays, June 12- July 24 1:00- 2:00 PM EST

This 7- week comprehensive on-line course is designed for professionals who are interested in exploring the latest scientifically based, practical interventions for applying the VIA Character Strengths in their work as well as digging in deeper to the fundamentals of VIA Character Strengths, the Classification and the VIA Survey.

Developing Effective Teams: Using Strengths to Improve Engagement, Performance, and Satisfaction

INTERMEDIATE COURSE
For professionals interested in using the VIA Survey with teams

A 3-week course designed for any individual interested in applying strengths to empower and motivate their team. This team training uses the VIA Team Report as a guide and dives into the latest applications and interventions for using strengths to create synergy and improve team functioning. Character Strengths Coaching (one-on-one)

Engage in personalized Skype or telephone meetings with a VIA strengths expert to help you apply character strengths to your life or your work with others!

Meet with Dr. Ryan Niemiec or Dr. Donna Mayerson and receive customized guidance tailored specifically to you. Our character strengths coaches will aid you in working with the latest character strengths applications, goal-setting, and strategic planning. These sessions may also be used for case consultation which will helpyou apply character strengths in your work with clients, students, and/or employees. Learn to take a strengths-based approach and receive tailored feedback and advice from the leaders in the character strengths movement.
