VIA Pro Team Report 

The VIA Institute now offers a comprehensive report, The VIA Pro Team Report, that examines the collective character strengths of a group of individuals. This report is designed for managers, team leaders, consultants or anyone working with a team that would like to better understand and utilize their teams' strengths. Developed by a team of experts in the fields of organizational development and positive psychology, and led by Dr. Neal Mayerson, Chairman and Founder of the VIA Institute, the VIA Pro Team Report combines each team members’ results from the VIA Survey and offers insights into the unique dynamics of the team. It includes practical strategies for how to use the information to improve team connectedness, performance, and engagement.  By providing multiple perspectives, the VIA Pro Team Report allows you to evaluate and eventually develop your team on many levels.

The cost is $15 USD per team member with a minimum of 3 (you must purchase at least 3 VIA Pro Team Member credits. For groups of two- 1 credit will remain on your account for future use).

Building Effective Teams: Using Strengths to Improve Engagement, Performance, and Satisfaction

Tuesdays: November 27, Dec 3, and Dec 11 from 3:00- 4:00 PM EST (Participants are not required to attend live sessions, recordings are sent to all registrants)

This VIA online course will provide the tools you need to evaluate and understand your team’s constellation of character strengths. Understanding and exploring the interaction of strengths can drive the team to greater synergy, positivity, and performance. This comprehensive training will also help you anticipate and avoid conflict, and recognize possibilities of strength overuse. This is the first online VIA course presented by VIA founder, Dr. Neal Mayerson and VIA's Education Director, Dr. Ryan Niemiec together. Tuition is $175 USD and includes a free Team Report. ICF and APA CEU's available.
